Educational use only
Arogya Nestham is a health-education companion: original writing and original exercise photographs about everyday food, mild kitchen drinks, walking, and chair-supported movement. It is not a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist, or pharmacist. Nothing on the site is a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, or promise of cure. Keep medicines your clinician already set. Read the Medical Disclaimer before you change food, herbs, or exercise.
How you may use the site
- Read pages for personal, non-commercial learning. Share a link to a page; do not copy whole articles or photos into another site or book without permission.
- Do not scrape, flood, or attack the contact form, guide, or server. Do not send medical emergencies to the contact form — go to a hospital.
- Do not use the diet planner or kitchen notes as a substitute for care if you are pregnant, on dialysis, recovering from surgery, or living with a serious diagnosis — ask your own clinician first.
- Do not upload malware, impersonate us, or claim that Arogya Nestham endorses a product, herb, or clinic.
Our writing and photos
The words and exercise photographs were made for this site. They are not reprints of another teacher’s book, leaf-by-disease chart, or YouTube script. You may quote a short passage with a link back. The brand name Arogya Nestham and the Telugu mark ఆ identify this project.
Donations
Gifts on the Donate page are voluntary. A donation does not buy medical advice, a private consultation, or a promised result. Check the name on your payment screen before you pay. Refunds, if any, follow the payment provider’s rules.
Advertising
Pages may show third-party ads (including Google AdSense). Ads are not our medical recommendations. We are not responsible for the accuracy of advertiser claims. Clicking an ad takes you to another site with its own terms.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. Kitchen notes, photos, calculators, and the guide can contain mistakes or be incomplete for your body. To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, Arogya Nestham and its publisher are not liable for injury, loss, or damage from relying on the site, from stopping a medicine, from a kitchen plant you misidentified, or from an advertiser’s product. If a court finds a part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer law says otherwise. The site is offered from India to readers worldwide; local health rules still apply to you.
