What we do
We describe ordinary kitchen food, daylight, walking, chair-supported strength, millets, mild teas, and short organ-wise kitchen notes — in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Arogya Nestham
A companion for the kitchen and courtyard
Arogya Nestham is a small, original site in English, Telugu, and Hindi. It is not a hospital and not a miracle channel. It is a friendly place to begin movement, plan simple meals, cook millets and mild teas, and read short kitchen notes — while keeping the medicines your doctor already set.
What this is
In everyday language it points to health (ārogya) and a nest / companion (nestham) — a quiet place to return to for simple habits. The Telugu mark ఆ on the brand is a small nod to that home language.
We describe ordinary kitchen food, daylight, walking, chair-supported strength, millets, mild teas, and short organ-wise kitchen notes — in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
We do not reprint book chapters, leaf-by-disease charts, YouTube “cure” scripts, or another teacher’s workout. The words and the exercise photographs were made for this site.
Health here means ordinary habits: a tall spine, a millet plate, a short walk, a cup of kitchen tea.
Uses
Four everyday paths. Pick one today — you do not need the whole map at once.
Beginner standing strength with a chair nearby, original photos, soft knees, and a tall spine. Stop for sharp pain or dizziness.
Exercises
A simple 3-week kitchen calendar with measured portions — millet, dal, greens, and protein options. Educational only, not a clinical prescription.
Diet plans
Names and everyday benefits for common millets, plus mild leaf-and-spice drinks. Habit beverages — not disease treatments.
Millets
Bones & muscles, blood, nerves · B12 · vitamin D, heart & cholesterol, lungs, liver, kidneys, skin, and a shared foundations map. Each page says when to see a clinician.
RemediesHow we write
We prefer whole fruit over sugary juice, water over “detox” bottles, and dal–millet–greens over miracle powders. Natural does not automatically mean safe — especially for liver and kidney pages.
Use EN / తెలుగు / हिन्दी in the header. Your choice is saved in the browser so the next visit opens in the same language.
We avoid cure claims, fear headlines, and stacked herbal cleanses. If a lab or a hospital is the next step, the page says so plainly.
Adults who want steadier home habits. If you are pregnant, on dialysis, recovering from surgery, or living with a serious diagnosis, ask your clinician before changing food or exercise.
How to use
Arogya Nestham is educational only. It does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
