Who we are
This site is Arogya Nestham, published at https://arogyanestham.co.in/. For privacy questions write to contact@beyondboundariess.in. We are not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, or insurance company.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account. Information may include:
- Contact form: name, email, topic, and message if you send one. A hidden honeypot field is used only to block spam bots.
- Language choice (English, Telugu, or Hindi) saved in your browser’s local storage so the next visit opens in the same language.
- Optional kitchen-guide key: if you paste your own OpenAI key into the guide box, it stays only in your browser. We do not receive that key on our server.
- Technical logs on our host: IP address, page requested, and time — used to run the site, rate-limit the contact form, and block abuse.
- Advertising cookies and similar identifiers if Google AdSense or similar partners run on the page. Those partners may collect device and browsing data according to their own policies.
We do not currently use Google Analytics. If we add it later, this policy and the Cookie Policy will name that tool and the date will change.
How we use it
We use information to:
- Reply to suggestions and questions you send.
- Keep the site working in your chosen language.
- Protect the contact form from spam and flooding.
- Show advertising (when enabled) and measure whether ads are displayed. We do not sell your contact messages to marketers.
Advertising and Google AdSense
This site may use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising. If you disable cookies, some ads may still appear, but they may be less relevant. Google’s required disclosures:
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services
- Google Ads Settings — opt out of personalised ads
- aboutads.info — opt out of some third-party interest-based ads
- How Google uses cookies in advertising
- Google Privacy Policy
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage for language preference and, if you choose, a guide API key. Advertising partners may set their own cookies. A service worker may cache pages on your device so you can reread them offline. You can clear site data in your browser settings. The Cookie Policy lists each type in more detail.
Third parties
Fonts load from Google Fonts. Contact messages may be delivered by our email provider. If you use the optional OpenAI key in the kitchen guide, your question is sent from your browser to OpenAI under their terms — not as medical advice from us. Hosting, form handling (including Netlify Forms on the public site), and advertising partners process data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept long enough to reply and to handle follow-up. We do not keep a public archive of your emails. Server logs are rotated in the ordinary course of hosting. Browser storage stays until you clear it.
Your choices
You may email us to ask what contact message we hold from you, to correct an email address, or to ask us to delete a message we still have. You can stop using the site at any time. For advertising cookies, use the Google Ads Settings links above. If you are in a region with extra data-protection rights, write to us and we will respond in good faith.
Data security
We use HTTPS on the public site, restrict staff access to contact messages, and block directory listing of private folders on the local server. No website is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords or full medical records through the contact form.
Third-party links
Pages may link to email, PayPal, PayNow, Google Fonts, Google Ads Settings, or an advertiser’s site. Those services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle information after you leave arogyanestham.co.in.
India — Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Arogya Nestham is offered from India. Where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to personal data we hold (for example a name and email on a contact message), we process that data to reply to you, to run the site, and to meet legal duties. You may write to contact@beyondboundariess.in to ask for access, correction, or erasure of a message we still have, or to withdraw a request that is still pending. We will respond in good faith. Advertising partners such as Google may process data as independent fiduciaries under their own notices.
Grievance Officer (India)
For privacy complaints under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, write to the Grievance Officer, Arogya Nestham, at contact@beyondboundariess.in. This is a publisher contact, not a hospital grievance desk. We will acknowledge messages in good faith.
Children
This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent us a message, email us and we will delete it when we can identify it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date means you have read the new version.
