Start here — small habits, one week at a time
A printable daily habits card, a 7-day checklist, seasonal tea notes, and a kitchen question box. No miracle claims — just ordinary home steps.
Daily habits card
Four quiet anchors for most days. Print it and keep it on the fridge — or save it as a PDF from your browser print menu.
Morning light
A few minutes outdoors if the sky is clear — arms and face in soft light.
Walk
Ten honest minutes at a talking pace. More is fine; zero is the day to restart tomorrow.
Plate
Half vegetables or greens · one quarter whole grain or millet · one quarter dal / curd / egg / fish if you eat it.
Water
Sip through the day. Lemon water is optional. Skip sugary “detox” bottles.

Seasonal kitchen notes
Same calm rules: water first, mild teas, whole fruit. These are comfort habits for weather — not treatments.
Hot months
Summer hydration
- Plain water through the day — more if you sweat
- Lemon water or cucumber water, little or no sugar
- Whole fruit (guava, orange, watermelon in modest bowls) instead of bottled juice
- Lighter lunch: dal + millet + salad · walk in cooler hours
Rainy months
Monsoon comfort teas
- Ginger + tulsi tea — mild, short boil, no sugar
- Cumin–coriander kitchen tea after a heavy lunch
- Warm vegetable soup · dry feet and dry clothes matter more than any herb
- Skip strong “detox” herb mixes sold for monsoon cleanses

Tip: the card marked “This season” follows a simple India calendar hint in your browser.
