What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site or its partners save on your device. Similar tools include local storage, pixels, and a service worker cache. They can remember a setting, keep a form safer, or help an advertiser know that a page was opened.
What Arogya Nestham sets
- Language preference in local storage (English, Telugu, or Hindi) so the next visit opens in the same language.
- Optional kitchen-guide key in local storage only if you paste your own OpenAI key. That key never goes to our server.
- A service worker may cache pages and images on your device so you can reread them if the network drops. This is storage on your device, not a login account.
- The contact form uses a hidden honeypot field in the page, not a tracking cookie, to block spam bots.
Advertising cookies
When Google AdSense or similar partners display ads, they may set cookies or advertising IDs on your device. Those tools can be used to show ads that relate to your interests, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to measure whether an ad was shown. Google and its partners process that data under their own policies.
Opt out and Google disclosures:

Analytics
Arogya Nestham does not currently install Google Analytics. If we add an analytics tool later, we will name it on this page and in the Privacy Policy and update the date above.
Third-party cookies
Google Fonts may request font files from Google’s servers when you load a page. Email, hosting, and form partners (including Netlify Forms on the public site) process messages under their own terms. We do not control cookies those companies set on their own sites after you leave ours.
Your choices
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, block third-party cookies, or use a browser that limits tracking. You can opt out of personalised Google ads at Google Ads Settings. Turning cookies off may still allow some ads, but they may be less relevant. Clearing site data also removes the saved language and any guide key you stored.
